About Internet Explorer
We only support the use of Exlorer 7 or superior, but we advise against using the Explorer browser in all it’s versions to visit or buy in our store due to constant security failures. Once again, we recommend you visit us using Firefox, Chrome or Safari.

About Opera
The Opera browser in Mac and PC will allow you access to all the store’s functions without a problem, but some visual details will not be shown correctly. This will not affect the browse possibilities or security of the site.

Browsing

Search by category
Our products are classified by categories which are always shown in the superior horizontal menu of the page (Watches, Cashmere, Accessories, etc) and in the superior left side of all the pages of the store or product. When you select a category by clicking on it, a list of options will appear from where you can start seeing the products. The products are shown with photographs in each page and you can put them directly into you cart by clicking “Add to my cart” or you can click on the image or name to obtain more information of the product.

Search by price
Both the menus for rapid browsing by category and browsing by price appear in all the pages of store. You can search amongst our products by price or accede rapidly to the main sections of the web.

The search engine
Another way of finding products is….looking for them! Introduce any word you think describes what you want in the search engine located in the superior right hand side of the page, click on the magnifying glass, and automatically a relevant list of products will be shown.

The Mini cart
The Mini Cart, which is found in the left hand side of the page shows what you have in your shopping cart (how many products and the total amount without shipment costs). Click on it in any moment to gain access to your shopping cart.

Contents of the Cart
When you click on “Add to my cart” in any product, you will observe that the mini cart on the left is updated with the product and the total prices of your purchase. You will also find a button that will direct you to the check out area, where each and every product you have chosen is shown together with links to their respective pages.

Quantity and Price
The first section shows the name of the product you have chosen, and then the number of units that you have selected. If you want to buy more than one, you can change the number that appears in the “Quantity” field and click on the “update” button.

To Change the Contents of the Cart
If you have changed the quantity you want of a particular product, you will have to click the “update” button. If, on the contrary, you want to remove a product from the cart, you must click on “remove”, which is indicated with a trash can.

Entering the Secure Zone and Buying
Click on this button to continue and finalise your purchases. This will transfer you to the secure invoicing page where, if you have bought before, you will just have to specify your payment method and shipment after having supplied your username and password. If you do not have an account with us, simply fill in your details, and remember, you can also buy as a guest without registering.

Discount Code
Use this box whenever you have a discount code or any particular offer we may have provided you with either personally, or through or newsletter, to which you can subscribe at any moment by filling in your e-mail address in the box on the left hand side of the menu in practically all the pages of the web. Introduce the code and any discount or promotion will be applied when you click on the “Apply” button.

Payment Methods
The last step to finalize your order is to choose the method of payment. We offer three possibilities: on-line payment, credit card, banc transfer or cash on delivery. Please bear in mind that depending on your location different conditions described here may apply. Click on “Pay and Finalise Purchase” and soon you will receive your shopping at home.
