It is inevitable to find competitors on the internet selling a product for more o less, but we are proud to be able to offer the best prices accompanied by the best possible service which we try to improve day by day, and if we make a mistake (which we hope happens as little as possible), we try to rectify and learn. Faulty or defective items:
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily send you a new one and pick up the defective item, but this must be done within 7 days of reception.

Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. The PlasmaCar store takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we spend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy.
